I don't have a new recipe to share yet, though I am working hard behind the scenes on a few that need perfecting. In the meantime, I wanted to share a few links to where What's Cookin' with Mary has been featured.

A couple weeks ago, Pam at For the Love of Cooking featured my Smoked Ham Frittata with Caramelized Onions & Potato.  Click over to check out her take on my recipe. 

She said that she and her husband really enjoyed it.  I'm glad !  We did too.

Foodista.com featured my Spicy Greek Grilled Vegetable Salad as one of their five salad recipes to-go this past Sunday. 

The other recipes sounded pretty darn tasty too:  Wheat Berry Apple Salad, Lentil Salad with Roasted Red Peppers & Goat Cheese, Mediterranean Chickpea Salad & Quinoa Salad with Pistachios Currants & Dried Apricots.  Go check them out !

The announcement:  What's Cookin' with Mary's readership has been growing!  I have 93 people following me on their google readers (hi guys!) and I want to say thank you for making this all worth while... when I reach 100.  So, to say thanks, I want to host a Trader Joe's giveaway (US readers only at this time).  Since I know that not everyone has a TJ's down the street like I do, I thought it would be fun to put together a box of some of my favorite products of theirs for one lucky (US) reader.  I haven't decided what will go in there yet, but I promise you won't be dissappointed.
