A couple weeks ago, Pam at For the Love of Cooking featured my Smoked Ham Frittata with Caramelized Onions & Potato. Click over to check out her take on my recipe.

Foodista.com featured my Spicy Greek Grilled Vegetable Salad as one of their five salad recipes to-go this past Sunday.
The other recipes sounded pretty darn tasty too: Wheat Berry Apple Salad, Lentil Salad with Roasted Red Peppers & Goat Cheese, Mediterranean Chickpea Salad & Quinoa Salad with Pistachios Currants & Dried Apricots. Go check them out !

Congrats on almost 100 followers! I've definitely been inspired by both your recipes and your gorgeous photography.
The whole-grain and flax pita crackers are my new favorite. We're also big fans of the frozen garlic naan. And the spicy mango pops. (Neither of those could go in a gift basket, huh?)
@ Sam: I've heard so many good things about the garlic naan. I really need to get on that ! I wish I could include some in the prize box ?!?

I love the Trader Joe's Peach Salsa, I could eat the whole jar in one sitting. Amazing.
@ Amy: I am a fan of their peach salsa also. I should try making a home version of it.

My fav TJ product is the roasted corn and black bean salsa, love the pretzel slims and Asian Peanut dressing...will have to try the naan and pita chips next time too! Going on Friday!

Erin, I am excited to try out the corn salsa. I just went and grabbed the jar and realized there are no beans in the one I found. Shoot! I didn't see one with corn and beans... maybe it was in the fridge section ?

Your pictures are amazing! The food is always beautiful, as are the Yosemite and Wordless Wednesday pics. I love your cat! Very unusual looking. I have 2 kitties myself.
